The FiberTronix L-Band fiber optic Receiver intakes up to 6 multiplexed RF Satellite signals carried over single-mode fiber from a corresponding FiberTronix Transmitter. The unit outputs up to 6 separate frequencies in the range of 174 - 2350MHz and uses Automatic Gain Control for power level stability.

Wideband Satellite L-Band RF Fiber Optic Transmitter
The FiberTronix L-Band fiber optic Transmitter carries RF Satellite signals over single-mode fiber from the dish LNB to the satellite receiver. L-band satellite signals typically travel only a few hundred feet, in coaxial cable, before significant signal deterioration occurs. By transporting the L-Band satellite signal over a single-mode optical fiber this distance will extend up to 12.5 miles.
